Chablis Cup

17\02\2012 – Nella preparazione di questo long drink, per la quale occorrono circa 10 minuti, è necessario usare in un grande recipiente per punch ,delle fettine di pesca e arancia, delle ciliegine e un po’ di zucchero. Appena versato il chablis, Grand Marnier, kirsch e mescolare bene. Serrare il recipiente e mettetelo in frigorifero per circa un’ora. Versare in bicchieri a calice. Come sempre , bere con moderazione.

3 pesche mature, sbucciate e tagliate a fettine
1 arancia, tagliata a fettine
cilieginechablis
3 cucchiaini di zucchero
1 bottiglia di chablis
4 parti di Grand Marnier
4 parti di kirsch
