Apricot Daiquiri

23\03\2012 – E’ un cocktail esotico che richiede un breve tempo di preparazioni , all’incirca poco più di due minuti .Mettere ghiaccio tritato nel frullatore, aggiungere rum, succo di limone, brandy o apricot brandy, albicocche. Frullare quindi per un minuto fino ad amalgamare il tutto. Versare in una coppetta da cocktail precedentemente raffreddata e decorate con una fettina di albicocca, una ciliegina e un rametto di menta.

Ingredienti :
ghiaccio tritato
1 parte di rum bianco
1 parte di succo di limone
1/2 parte di brandy o apricot brandy
3 albicocche mature, sbucciate e bucherella
